Assessment in your wellness will be made in all five of the wellness areas: health risks, physical activity, stress management, nutrition, and weight loss. A Personal Health Advisor assists you in reaching your goals through sustainable behavioral changes. Each program is unique to suit the needs of the client, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Additionally, working with a Personal Health Advisor will provide structure and accountability. Sessions are held over the phone and internet, and visual monitors if desired. This creates a completely confidential and convenient environment for each client. The clients goal development will follow ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine and ADA (American Dietetic Association) guidelines to ensure that the client is receiving the most up to date information. The ultimate goal of the Personal Health Advisor is to empower the client to make lasting changes for lasting wellness.
